Claire and Dylan broke up eight years ago and live on opposite sides of the planet. But when Dylan collapses on a plane and finds himself in a New York hospital, he calls Claire – and not knowing exactly why, she rushes to his side. Older and wiser than when they were last together, Claire and Dylan re-visit the highs and lows of their past relationship and wonder where it all went wrong.
